You can request deletion of your AlertTrak account and associated personal data by emailing us at info@alerttrak.com.
Please send the request from the email address linked to your AlertTrak account and use the subject line: Delete My AlertTrak Account

When we receive your request, we will delete or anonymise your account data, including, where applicable:
- Your profile information.
- Emergency contacts.
- Group memberships.
- Alert history.
- Location history.
- Chat messages.
- Uploaded media.
- Device notification tokens.
How long it takes
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
