AlertTrak is designed to assist users in raising emergency alerts, sharing location data, and notifying designated contacts during safety-related incidents. The App functions as a notification and information-sharing tool and does not replace emergency services.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and emergency contact information.
• Use the App only for lawful and legitimate safety purposes.
• Not misuse the App to generate false or malicious alerts.

You are solely responsible for activities conducted through your account.

3. Emergency Disclaimer

AlertTrak acts as a notifier and coordination tool only.

• We do not guarantee that emergency services or contacts will respond.
• We do not provide direct emergency response, medical aid, or law enforcement services.
• Network availability, device limitations, or third-party service failures may prevent alerts from being delivered.

You acknowledge that the App should not be relied upon as the sole means of obtaining emergency assistance.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Seadfort Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for failures caused by poor network coverage, device malfunction, or third-party service outages.
• Use of the App is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

5. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 16 years and above.

If you are under the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, you must not use the App without parental or legal guardian consent.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse emergency features.
• Engage in unlawful or harmful behaviour.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur:

• The updated Terms will be made available in the App.
• You may be required to re-accept the Terms to continue using the App.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
